Acquired Customer Requirements - Customer requirements received through formal and informal means. Analyse/interpret requirements and clarify details with stakeholder. Need to facilitate requirement gathering sessions, i.e. JAD sessions. Serving as intermediaries between the IT organisation and lines of business to align business requirements with IT capabilities.
